Police Respond to Reported Armed Robbery

Sevierville Police Department officers responded to a reported armed robbery yesterday evening, Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the Shell Fastop, 1855 Winfield Dunn Parkway (Highway 66). The robbery was reported at approximately 10:09 p.m.

 

According to SPD Detective Preston Parrish, a store employee stated that a man entered the store brandishing a black handgun and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a black hoodie, black pants, a black and red baseball style hat, and a red bandana over his face.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money in a silver passenger vehicle.
