Roads Being Pre-Treated In Anticipation of Snow Thursday

Roads in the City are being pre-treated today in anticipation of predicted snowfall tomorrow afternoon. So far today, Highway 66 and Veterans Boulevard have been treated. Public Works crews are currently treating Dolly Parton Parkway, Main Street and secondary roads.

Crews will be ready tomorrow afternoon and overnight to respond as needed, depending upon snowfall amounts and road conditions.
Current snowfall predictions range from 1-4", beginning tomorrow afternoon and ending by Friday morning. Please watch for City and TDOT trucks performing pre-treatment and snow removal during this event.
