TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Lane Closure on Old Knoxville Hwy 02-18-20

A traffic advisory is being issued for a small section of Old Knoxville Highway on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. The southbound travel lane on Old Knoxville Highway just past the intersection with Gists Creek Road and extending about 100 feet south, will be closed to all traffic from approximately 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Southbound Old Knoxville Highway traffic approaching the closure will be diverted onto Gists Creek Road. Northbound Old Knoxville Highway traffic will be unaffected.

The purpose of the lane closure is to allow for the installation of a water line to service Soaky Mountain Waterpark.
